The Pop-Up
Why
In preparation of our upcoming bar, we will be hosting a series of pop-ups in order to hone in our vibe, test our recipes and most importantly, have some fun. This is a curated guest experience limited to 90 minute reservations, designed for our staff to get as much feedback and experience as possible.
What
Guests will be served a five course tasting menu that will change weekly. Think delicious bar food that will be served family style for the whole table to share. Weekly food menus are listed below. No substitutions are allowed, but upon reserving please let us know about any allergies and/or dietary restrictions and we will do our damnedest to accommodate. Curated cocktails, beer, wine, and fun non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.
Where and When
Beginning on September 3rd, we will run every Wednesday and Thursday for the entire month from 6 to 9 pm, on the rooftop of Hart & Main in downtown Newhall. Available dates are listed below.
How
Reservations will be required. Time slots will begin at 6pm and continually until our final seating at 8:30pm. To reserve, please e-mail info@barpaniolo.com with your preferred date and time. Upon confirmation we will send you complete instructions, including a link to prepay for the dining aspect of the evening. The price for each guest is $45-. This fee covers the tasting menu. Drinks will be paid for separately at the end of the evening. Receipt of payment will serve as your reservation.
